Join Pastor Kristian for a 6-week study of the Book of Hebrews in the New Testament.

The book of Hebrews is a letter to second- or third- generation Christians, most of whom were likely raised in the faith from childhood. Their faith is flagging--perhaps they are distracted or taking their faith for granted. The writer is passionately concerned for their well-being. The letter to them is a sustained argument for the importance of faithfulness.

For the writer of Hebrews, the reason to be faithful is the person and work of Jesus Christ. Jesus fulfilled God's plan of salvation. In his life, suffering, death, and resurrection, Jesus made God's plan and its fulfillment visible to us.
