Intergenerational social events are the foundation of belonging for children, youth, and families at Hope. Potluck meals, craft nights, curling and capture the flag — all these are activities that bring people together.
Children also have their own space for growth and learning at Hope Kids! Offered three Sundays/ months, kids aged 4-12 begin in worship and participate in the children's message before heading off for activities. One Sunday/ month we offer Camp Sunday! A joint venture with Advent Lutheran Church, children and youth gather from 9:30am - 1:00pm for participation in worship, followed by a program filled with music, games, crafts and more! Lunch is always included.
We often join with other Lutheran churches to host a monthly youth event, including activities like roller skating, laser tag and picnics in the park. Come to an event and find your place to belong!
