At Hope we strive to “make faith active in love” through our actions with the world around us. Our Sunday School children are involved with projects throughout the year. Hope provides ongoing support to Meals on Wheels, the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank, Lutheran Campus Ministries - Calgary, Camp Kuriakos, Canadian Lutheran World Relief, CUPS, SWARM and Inn From the Cold.
We also have our "Charity of Choice" program - every two months, we highligh a specific charity and through education, collection of pantry and clothing items, monetary donations and voluteer opportunities. Made by Momma, Alpha House, Veterans Food Bank, Parachutes for Pets, Basically Babies, the Drop In Centre, Discovery House, Children's Cottage Society and the Taylor Toller Memorial Fund are some of the charities we have supported over the past few years.
