Charity of Choice from July and August

 Charity of Choice for July & August – Kuriakos Adopt-A-Staff Program  

This summer we have committed to supporting Kuriakos' wonderful staff. Our church has been paired with Owen, who is a camp counsellor. This is his 2nd year on staff at Kuriakos.  Being a camp counsellor is a very big responsibility - being a positive role model, friend, caregiver and an endless ball of energy!

We are asking Hope members to help support Owen in the following ways:

- please keep Owen in your prayers this summer

- every few weeks between June 19th - August 26th, we will be sending an envelope or care package and ask church members consider writing a letter of encouragement to Owen.

If you or your family might be interested in adopting a staff member, please contact Kenda at Kuriakos kendra@kuriakos.ab.ca as they are still looking for 7 more sponsors to cover all of our summer staff team in prayer.  Contact Zena with questions or to provide letters and/ or items for the care package.
