We warmly invite you to attend our incredible annual fundraiser - "Be the Light" on Saturday, November 7th at Hope Lutheran Church (3527 Boulton Road NW).
Lutheran Campus Ministry serves three postsecondary institutions at the University of Calgary, Mount Royal University and SAIT. In order for this ministry to continue and offer not only a ministry of presence but also inclusive programming with young adult leaders, we rely heavily on the support of donors.
Our event will begin at 2:30pm with Holden Evening prayer service. This will allow us to worship together as a community of faith. We will then enjoy fellowship over chilli and buns. You will have ample opportunity to browse the wonderful silent auction items that will be up for grabs. (The auction items will soon be available for viewing and bidding on shortly!)
We are currently looking for auction items - if you would like to donate a new book or puzzle, perhaps a themed basket of goodies, or even a gift card or tickets to an event, you may drop them at Hope Lutheran Church by October 18th.
If there are any questions about the online auction or the event itself, please do not hesitate to contact Pastor Margaret.
